    Just what is the Best Exercise to Lose Weight Fast

    Shorter, Faster Exercises Stimulate HGH, Growth Hormone

    Three different kinds of muscle fibers:

    1. Slow
    2. Fast
    3. Super-fast

    To increase the body's production of Human Growth Hormone (HGH), we need work the super-fast muscle fibers.

    HGH is a key hormone for physical strength, health and longevity. Tradition aerobic cardio and conventional strength training workouts will affect only the slow muscle fibers.  In fact these exercises actually reduce super fast fibers causing atrophy  impeding HGH production.

    Peak 8 Instructions

    Exercise on one of three machines:

    • recumbent bicycle ,
    • elliptical machine
    • treadmill 

    Avoid sprinting outdoors to prevent first time injury.

    Warm up for three to five minutes,  then push as hard as you can for 30 seconds.  Raise heart rate around 60 to 70% of its maximum (220-your age).  Age 50 max heart rate is170, warm up heart rate is 102-119.

    Sarting heart rate of first rep should be easy so you can do full 30 seconds in low stress.

    Because your recovery time is only 90 seconds you increase your heart rate slowly to climb after each rep.  When you complete your last rep your above your MHR.

    IT IS IMPORTANT to cool down after the 8th repetition a few minutes.

    Work your way up to 8 cycles. Start with 2-4 and gradually increase to 8.   The real magic comes around rep number 7-8.

    Key principles:

    1. Warm up for 3 min
    2. Push all out as hard as possible for 30 sec
    3. Recover for 90 sec
    4. Do this same routine 7 times
    5. Cool down after 8 reps reducing intensity by 50-80%.

    Consult your practitioner health first.  The average person will be able to do this but how much time is dependent on long it will take you to build up to the 8 reps.

    The nice thing if you are out of shape is you just will be not be able to train hard at first because the lactic acid build up will prevent you from stressing your heart that much.

    Save Time on Cardio
