A Healthy Immune System is a network of cells and organs working in harmony to guard against continually threatening invaders. To balance and Strengthen Immune System is the first line of defense against disease.
Immune Defenses normally co-exist peacefully within the body. When foreign organisms called Antigens are detected, alert signals are sent to prepare the system for battle. The secret is the Immune System’s dynamic communications network of White Blood Cells called Leukocytes. Different WBC’s do different jobs, from patrolling to early warning to hunter-destroyer to the clean up crew. Millions of Leukocytes organize into companies and groups and relay messages like swarming bees. The WBC’s engulf, neutralize and dispose of invaders which can be germs, bacteria or foreign substances.
Our bones have other functions besides enabling us to sit or walk or throw a ball ! We must keep ALL our limbs healthy and strong. White Blood Cells are produced in the bone marrow in addition to the thymus and the spleen. Up to 40% of the Immune System is located in the digestion, the gastro intestinal tract. An overworked G.I. tract causes a Weakened Immune System and related immune dysfunctions inviting a torrent of allergies, sickness and diseases .
The Top diseases in the Western World are the Three C’s. Cáncer, Coronary Occlusion (heart attack) and Cerebral Occlusion (stroke). For the first time we are seeing degenerative diseases in our children ! Why are people so sick today ?
